The Constitution by Croatian director Rajko Grlic is the Opening night film of the 12th edition of SEEfest. Winner of the Grand Prize of the Americas at the Montreal World Film Festival, and Best International Feature Film Award of the Santa Barbara Film Festival 2017, among other awards, The Constitution has enjoyed critical and commercial success wherever it was shown.

Four very different people live in the same building but avoid each other because of differences in material status, sexual orientation, nationality and religion. Three leading actors from Serbia and Croatia masterfully convey their characters’  struggles with deep-held beliefs and prejudices in this extraordinary and very funny “love story about hate.” With Nebojsa Glogovac, Ksenija Marinkovic and Dejan Acimovic. Don’t miss The Constitution – get your tickets today!
